糖基化蛋白质组学

 

  凝集素(Lectin)对于特定的糖结构具有结合特异性。先利用Lectin富集N-糖基化肽段,然后用N-糖酰胺酶(PNGase)切除连接在天冬酰胺残基(Asn)上的糖链,蛋白质酶解,最后通过液相色谱质谱(LC-MS)鉴定脱糖后的多肽,即可获得差异糖链背后的多肽、蛋白及糖苷键位置信息。

  拥有芯片和质谱双平台优势,创新性地将Lectin Array与LC-MS进行结合,提供从差异Lectin芯片筛选、糖蛋白的Lectin富集,到糖蛋白LC-MS鉴定一整套系统性的糖基化蛋白组研究方案。
