蛋白质定性质谱检测

  质谱是进行蛋白质定性研‍究最主要的技术手段,在二维电泳胶点、IP/co-IP/pull-down产物和shotgun混合蛋白质的蛋白序列和修饰位点定性鉴定工作中发挥核心作用。

 

  采用纳升液相色谱-四级杆飞行时间串联质谱(分辨率:40000 FWHM、扫描速度:50张全谱/秒)进行蛋白质定性检测,其鉴定精确度远超传统的MALDI-TOF/TOF等技术,能够大大提高鉴定蛋白质的数量和准确性。
